Cal Test CT4121 Active FET Oscilloscope Probe

Introducing a high performance active probe to extend the functionality of general-purpose oscilloscopes. The cost effective ELDITEST CT4121 probe features a compact active FET probe with a 1.2 GHz bandwidth and low 1 MΩ, 3 pF input impedance. The probe is ideal for analysis, troubleshooting, and verification of high-speed logic and communication designs. Includes a USB power lead that allows the probe to be powered directly by the scope, or alternatively, a 9 V battery (included) for portability. The BNC feed-thru terminator matches the probe to 1 MΩ fixed input oscilloscopes.
