I really like the flexibility of these probes, 18 awg finstranded copper and very high quality silicone construction. I just ordered another right angle set and a pair of probe adapters that link 2 pair for incredibly long leads.
These are the best leads I have ever held and they are made with add optional components and tips ,so they can be configured to best suit the task in frontbof you.
Ditch the factory probes and get the most from your expensive meter. Like is to preciousness to risk on the crappy PVC probes that came with a wire tie with your DMM.

I order this kit (4038) and 4039 because I have a need for both. Although it is made in Taiwan all the parts are good quality. The leads and probes look like they will last. I just wish you could buy one kit with all the probes in both kits. I didn't need the second set of leads.

Overall I am very pleased with this product. The cables and probe ends are very good quality. The cables appear to be heavy duty and yet are very flexible and easy to work with. I like the option of having both a traditional pointed probe as well as the spring-loaded hook for latching onto pins etc.
My only complaint is with the size of the probes, particularly with the hook adapted attached. This makes the entire probe very long, nearly seven inches, which makes it some what difficult to manage.
