High voltage probes allow safe and accurate voltage measurement using your oscilloscope. Model CT4028 features a 1000:1 divider ratio with voltage up to 39 kV (DC+peak AC), 27 kV (ACrms) and bandwidth up to 220 MHz. Compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, the probe is a necessity for user safety during high voltage measurements. The probe is marketed under the time-honored Elditest brand name in both North American and European Union. Can be used with your DMM by employing BNC Converter CT3197B.

Product arrived fast.Worked from the first moment. Just connected it to our scope and it worked just fine. We measured 16KV pulses very accurately. I would recommend this probe to anyone who wants to measure high voltage signals up to 39KV.
