AD Oracle SA iQ with VOC Sensor
The BOFA AD Oracle SA iQ is a complete, compact, global solution for a high-performance laser fume extraction system. The AD Oracle SA iQ has been enhanced with BOFA’s iQ Operating System, RFA, and ACF technology and packs a powerful range of unique features into one compact unit. It uses a smaller pre-filter than the AD Oracle iQ making it ideal for lighter use applications.
Includes VOC gas sensor (Volatile Organic Compound)
- Continually monitors the exhaust air of unit for safety assurance.
Intelligent Operating System (iQ)
The Bofa patent-protected award-winning Intelligent Operating System (iQ) performs at two distinct levels: operators benefit from the ease of operation and clarity of real-time information and the system provides a cache of analytical data, enabling users to download performance and operating parameters for evaluation purposes.
Reverse flow air technology
The reverse flow air technology feature causes a fall in velocity and air direction change. Larger particulate falls out of the air stream into the filter's drop-out chamber. With less particulate entering the filter media the filter life is significantly increased. Contaminated air entering the drop-out chamber is pulled vertically through the filters.
Automatic Flow Control (AFC)
AFC allows the operator to preset correct airflow rates for the specific application, subsequently maintaining this airflow. This generates lower noise levels and ensures further protection of HEPA filter.
HEPA Filter and Advanced Carbon Filter (ACF)
HEPA filter filters 99.997% of particles at 0.3 microns in size. ACF helps enable safer filtering of hazardous fumes. Contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a period of time sufficient to ensure that no contaminants or odors are emitted (‘dwell time’). Bofa design considers the balance between airflow rates and the type, depth and surface area of the carbon used to ensure suitability for the contaminants associated with the application and to ensure appropriate dwell times are achieved.
Multi Voltage Sensing Unit
MVS units automatically sense local voltage and automatically operate between 100-230V, for global use.
