Boekel’s Convection Ovens come in three chamber volume sizes; including 0.6 cu. ft. (.017 cu. m.), 1.6 cu. ft. (.045 cu. m.) and 2.7 cu. ft. (0.76 cu. m.). All Boekel Oven models are designed to operate at a minimum temperature of 100°C and a maximum temperature of 215°C. The oven is equipped with an over-temp safety cutoff. If the chamber temperature exceeds approximately 290°C the safety cutoff will activate, shutting off the heater.
Operating Instruction
1. Turn the Power switch to the “ON” position.
2. Rotate the “Temperature Adjust” knob clockwise to increase the chamber temperature. Counterclockwise rotation will reduce chamber temperature.
3. The red “Heat” Pilot Light will illuminate when the Oven heater is turned on. The light will alternate on and off when the oven reaches its set temperature.
4. Allow 45 minutes for chamber temperature equilibration when first starting the Oven. Always monitor the temperature by using the thermometer provided. Allow at least 15 minutes for re-equilibration when adjusting chamber temperature.
