2.8mm diameter steel beads are suitable for homogenization of tough, hard samples, muscle, plant materials, seeds, and dried samples. Beads are alcohol washed and heat-treated to remove contaminants and render them nuclease and protease-free. Can be used with any bead homogenizer. 1000 beads per pack.
