Autoclavable Plastic Shaker Flask with Baffled Base, 125ml Capacity, Pack of 24
The Benchmark Scientific F4060-B is a pack of 24 individually wrapped Erlenmeyer shaker flasks made of Polycarbonate. Each flask has a capacity of 125ml. The F4060-B has a baffled (ribbed) bottom to provide increased oxygenation and mixing efficiency even at lower shaking speeds, and a polypropylene screw cap that is vented with 0.2µm membranes to increase air transmission and enhance cell growth.
The mouth size conforms with the international SBS standard, for quick, secure connection to bioreactor equipment. The flasks are gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, and they are free of RNase, DNase, pyrogen, endotoxins, and human DNA. Polycarbonate Flasks are autoclavable at 121°C and 15PSI for 30 minutes.
