Stitching Feature

Utilizing the Mosaic software package, operators can generate large panoramic images. Simply glide an object under the camera and the advanced software will stitch together images into one larger image.

Real Time Depth Of Field Fusion

The Mighty Cam Pro can change the depth of field without adjusting the optics. Simply click on the part of the image you want to focus on and the camera will bring that sector into focus.

Precision Engineered Micro Zoom Lens

Aven's Micro Lens System produces crisp and clear images that are distortion-free and void of chromatic aberration. This lens system comes with detents which allows you to calibrate the lens for measurement repeatability. Comes standard with 1x C mount coupler and 1x objective lens. Total magnification is 0.6x to 4.0x, Field of View is 6 x 8mm at low magnification and 0.8 x 1.2mm at high magnification. Working Distance is 82mm. Additional couplers and objective lenses are available to help you configure a lens system to meet your application.

Standard Stand

This heavy-duty stand is perfect for applications where horizontal extension is limited. Large base 279 x 330 x 12.7mm to accommodate a large variety of parts. Post diameter is 25mm.

Focus Mount

Aven’s Focus Mount with a 74mm diameter ring, and a focus mount has a precision rack & pinion mechanism with tension control and coarse and fine focus knobs. A tension control adjustment pin is included with the mount.
