Stitching Feature

Utilizing the Mosaic software package, operators can generate large panoramic images. Simply glide an object under the camera and the advanced software will stitch together images into one larger image.

Real Time Depth Of Field Fusion

The Mighty Cam Pro can change the depth of field without adjusting the optics. Simply click on the part of the image you want to focus on and the camera will bring that sector into focus.

Precision Engineered Micro Zoom Lens

Aven's Micro Lens System produces crisp and clear images that are distortion-free and void of chromatic aberration. This lens system comes with detents which allows you to calibrate the lens for measurement repeatability. Comes standard with 1x C mount coupler and 1x objective lens. Total magnification is 0.6x to 4.0x, Field of View is 6 x 8mm at low magnification and 0.8 x 1.2mm at high magnification. Working Distance is 82mm. Additional couplers and objective lenses are available to help you configure a lens system to meet your application.

Double Arm Boom Stand

This double-arm boom stand with a heavy metal base is an excellent device for inspection applications that require magnification adjustment and the ability to move easily across a specimen. 285mm x 260mm x 18mm metal base, a 380mm" vertical post, and a 384mm" horizontal gliding arm.

Focus Mount

Aven’s E-Arm Focus mount with a 74mm diameter ring with 15.875mm (5/8") adapter can be mounted on any of our boom stands or articulating arm stands, and features Rack & Pinion coarse focus adjustment.

Optional Tilt Table (Sold Separately)
