Never received/bad communication skills

Looks like a good product if I would have gotten it. Ordered this and it came signature sign for package. Well, us hard working HVAC people aren’t exactly home during the day so the package never got signed for. Called TEquipment and spoke with a representative and he told me there was note in the system to resend it. Never got it, just a refund for the product not even the full purchase price. I’ll never do business with this company again-horrible experience!! HVAC professionals BEWARE!!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Response from TEquipment: Thank you for your recent order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this order has caused. We have been trying to contact you directly and unfortunately, have not been able to get in touch with you.
