Wireless Vacuum Gauge

The AV760 Wireless Vacuum Gauge is a full range micron gauge, measuring from atmosphere to 1 micron. The full range measurement can help differentiate between contaminants left in a system and a leak during a "blank-off" test. The AV760 is the only micron gauge with NIST-traceable accuracy (±5%) and 10-point certification. The gauge is also surrounded by an IP65 rated case and is protected against positive pressure (up to 400psi). The filter and the oil catch help keep the sensors clean and maintain accurate measurements.

Wireless Gauge Features with the ION HVAC/R App

The ION HVAC/R App enables remote, real-time viewing and system analysis for appION Wireless Digital Gauges. Multiple, simultaneous remote readings are now possible! The app is easy to use and perfect for advanced system analysis on evolving, complex, high-efficiency systems.

The ION HVAC/R App features custom layout configurations, multiple alarms, Rate of Change calculations, live data logging and reporting, and more. More functionality, reduced bulk!

The ION HVAC/R App is available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The ION HVAC/R App for Android™ is available for download on Google Play.

Nice atmosphere-to-zero vacuum gauge

Purchased as affordable alternate/redundant vacuum measurement of laboratory grade zero atmosphere chambers. Our pumps are upscale analytical grade versions of HVAC pumps used as scrubber, coupled with 90,000-rpm turbo pumps to achieve near zero vacuum. Performed three; atmosphere-to-1 micron test cycles and gauge compared favorably with existing $3k instrumentation at most pause points until well under 50 micron. Error increased as pressure decreased and by 1 micron the gauge read 15, 18 and 22. Gauge did hold value when isolated so appears to have no measurable internal leaks, yet a little concerned about amount of std dev at lower values. Certainly not a show stopper considering the manufacturers intended mission of the device...
