Calibration Certificate Acc. DKD-R 3-3 (D), 25-5000 N
Inspection and calibration of a pull tester in the range F (nom) from 500 N to 5000 N according to the DKD-R 3-3 guideline (sequence D). This guideline describes the calibration procedure for force measuring equipment in one direction. The reduced sequence D is carried out in a built-in position with 2 upward rows at 5 measuring points. In this method, uncertainty contributions for the inverse span (hysteresis) are set equal to "0", and the comparison precision is calculated from "a-priori knowledge" for the respective calibration object The repeatability itself is determined by the calibration.
The calibration in the tensile (pull) direction is carried out in our ISO 17025:2015 accredited calibration laboratory for the measuring range up to 5000 N on a K-BNME (force reference standard measuring machine) with reference standards of class 05 in a horizontal position. The force-deflection takes place via friction and play-free air bearing. The lowest load level is 5 N.
The calibration certificates are issued with the seal of the national accreditation company in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and a calibration recommendation. The declaration of conformity is made in accordance with DAkkS 71 SD 0 025, taking into account the measurement uncertainty and a CMC of 0.1%. The device receives the DAkkS calibration mark.
