Amplitude Deflection Shape Software - Build three axis scale models of machines and structures and identify measurement point locations where vibration data should be collected up to three axis at each point. Download the project into a VA4, VA5 or SAB with connected PC and use the ADS data collection module included in the analyzer firmware to collect data. After moving the project with data back into the ADS program you can view the 3D Animated Deflection Shape live at various frequencies and angles to determine how the unit is flexing, at what frequency, and at what amplitude.

The Animated Deflection Shapes software is based on the method of operating deflection shapes. This means that Adash America visualize the vibrations of the machine by animation. During the animation the vibration movement is slowed down to very low frequency and the amplitude of the motion is increased so we can see the vibration. It is a combination of vibration measurement and software processing. The output of the method is vibration movement animation on one forcing frequency or on multiple forcing frequencies. The output of the method is easily understandable for everybody.
