The AGM Global Vision SIDEWINDER TM25-384 is a premium handheld observational thermal monocular equipped with a 384 x 288 twelve-micron infrared detector and a 1024 x 768 OLED display for improved color rendering. The Sidewinder thermal sensors also come equipped with the most sensitive temperature ratings in its class, coming in at sub-20 millikelvin across the entire product family. Additional improved features include a more robust body/housing and a removable, rechargeable 18650 battery. The Sidewinder boasts an impressive waterproof rating, IP67, which ensures users have peace of mind while utilizing the unit under a vast majority of weather conditions.

The Sidewinder has built-in 64 GB memory with advanced software supporting both video recording and image capturing. The primary uses for these thermal monoculars include, but are not limited to law enforcement, search-and-rescue, personal security, conservation, camping, hiking, and marine applications.

Distance Measurement

The Sidewinder can measure the distance between a target and the observer’s position. Once the target has been selected and confirmed per the instructions found in the manual, the left top of the image will display the distance measurement result and the height of the target.
