AGM Global Vision NVG-50 NW2 - Dual Tube Night Vision Goggle/Binocular, Wide FOV, Gen 2+ White Phosphor Level 2

The AGM Global Vision NVG-50 is a dual-channel night vision system. The rotating binocular design allows low profile against helmet when in the stowed position and the ability to use as a single monocular. The binocular design also allows for sustained viewing periods and improved depth perception. With a 51° field of view, it provides a large visual field without requiring the operator to shift the position of the device. The NVG-50 uses advanced multi-coated optics and is built to last with compact composite housing. The device can be outfitted with either a Gen 2+ or Gen 3 high-performance image intensifier tube (available in P43-Green phosphor or P45-White phosphor).

The NVG-50 features a bright light cut-off feature that ensures that the high-quality photocathode tube is protected. The NVG-50 is also equipped with Manual Gain Control, which adjusts the image brightness, providing the highest possible image quality even in changing light conditions. Operating from a single AA alkaline battery or CR123A battery, the NVG-50 can run up to 20 hours. Also equipped with an integral infrared illuminator for reading in the dark.

The AGM Global Vision NVG-50 includes a preinstalled NVG Interface Shoe to be used for installing the NVG to either a standard dovetail type headset or helmet mount. The NVG-50 also includes a Bayonet/Horn Interface Shoe for installing the NVG to either a standard bayonet/horn-type headset or helmet mount.

The NVG-50 is also available in an 'Advanced Performance' (AP) model which increases the performance and has a higher FOM (Field of Merit). These models are the highest resolution and cleanest field of view offered by AGM Global Vision. There are practically no visible spots in Zone 1.
